The Department of Social Services was so impressed that they wanted your information so that they could order from you in the future. The staff and foster families from last year's foster family appreciation event have requested to have your cater our next event, and when I asked my staff where they wanted to get food for our office holiday party, they said they wanted Highland Luncheonette. We know that the food will be great and the price will be affordable.

I hope this letter finds you well. I feel compelled to let you know how very satisfied I am with the services Exclusive Buffet Catering provided for my wedding reception.

Initially, I was concerned about finding a quality catering company for my function. While researching catering companies in the area, I was surprised to find that my choices were quite limited. I had never hired a full service catering company before and it was imperative that I chose the right one. This was to be my "big day" and I wanted everything to go off without a hitch.

I was immediately put at ease when I sat down and spoke with you. You explained all of my options and even made some appetizer suggestions that I'm glad I followed! I left our meeting feeling confident that I had found the right company. First, I must say that the food was excellent! Many of my guests made compliments about how good the food was. I should also mention that no one went hungry. There was plenty of food for everyone. I wish that I spent more time eating and less time socializing. Secondly, the service you provided was second to none! The staff was extremely professional. Their demeanor and attire perfectly matched the formal tone of the event. I was impressed! Finally, thank you for providing champagne glasses free of charge and for visiting the reception site ahead of time to be sure everything went smoothly. You should know that this level of service is hard to come by in this day and age.

My other half, and I, are so very pleased that we decided to hire Exclusive Buffet Catering for our once in a lifetime event! Honestly, everything went brilliantly! I will recommend your catering company to anyone I know of who is in need of a full service catering company.
